This Privacy Notice explains how RDMS Global Solutions LDA, the company behind Planned Posts, collects and uses your personal data. RDMS Global Solutions LDA acts as the data controller for the personal data described below.

- Account data: name, email address, password hash, authentication identifiers (e.g. Google account ID).
- Profile and content data: brand voice, strategy, ideas, drafts, scheduled posts, and any other content you create.
- Integration data: tokens and identifiers required to connect third-party services such as LinkedIn (only when you connect them).
- Usage and device data: log files, IP address, browser, device identifiers, and product telemetry needed to operate and secure the Service.
- Support data: messages you send us through the contact form or other support channels.
- Billing data: handled by our payment provider; we receive limited information such as plan, status, country, and invoice references.
3. Why we use your data and the legal basis
- To provide the Service (account creation, drafting, scheduling, publishing) — performance of our contract with you.
- To process payments, taxes, and invoicing — performance of our contract and legal obligation; handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
- To secure the Service, prevent fraud, and debug issues — legitimate interest in keeping the Service reliable and safe.
- To respond to support requests — performance of our contract and legitimate interest.
- To comply with legal obligations — for example tax, accounting, and lawful requests from authorities.
- To send service-related emails (account, billing, security notices) — performance of our contract.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.
4. Who we share data with
- Subprocessors: hosting, database, email delivery, error monitoring, analytics, and AI inference providers that help us run the Service.
- Merchant of Record: Paddle.com Market Ltd processes your order, manages subscriptions, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
- Connected services: when you connect LinkedIn or other platforms, we exchange the data needed to publish your content.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting, auditors) under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. Billing records are retained for the period required by applicable tax law.
